What do they want to do?

  As a teacher,you have to understand what your students like to do.What's the way they learn english easily.Because your students are all children ,They  can't  do something in a reasonable way. They don't want to do anything which they fell bored.They like learning many new things in a simply way, as well as with happiness. How much do you understand your students is very important .because you have to teach them in the way which they like to accept.SO  be your students' friend,Be tegother with them,play with them,learn with them, smiling together ,crying together.try to find a way with them in a pleasure way .this must be a tough way.but you have to spend much time .TO know what they like doing? what do they want to do ?what's the easy way they like in learning?Do you think so? Longing to hear your advise.
