How to be an english teacher in primary school

    Actually i have been an english teacher for five years. but now  i don't know how to be an english teacher.that must  make you confuse. Indeed i have confidence during  the  early 2-3 years  of being an english teacher.because i think i have been a teacher over ten years, i have  experienced a lot as   a teacher.and i also think i have enough english knoweldge to finish my job.i rembered  i enjoy my job ,i did my job with enthusiasm everyday.i did my job in my own way.and so many students always be happy when they learn english with me.but there are many questions began to appear as time going.how  for example ,to make students keep interest in learning english? how to make students get good marks in their examinations? how to make their parents and master teacher satisfy?how to finish the different class?especially,some people say that the english examination results of our students are worse than the students'which study in the experiemntal school of our city.and they don't care any things different between two schools. no matter how enough you offered for job, no matter what do you do in school days .the outcome is more important than anything .this made me  unhappy. and i don't know how to be a teacher.

   Of course , there is nothing can overcome me . although there are so many problems in my teaching life , i will hold on my ideal of being a good english teacher.i will strive for what i want to get .my job will be perfect in future. i believe the strong will power makes good ends.  and the other hand, i have to get more help from you- my comates . can you give me a help? let's march on hand in hand in the same career of teaching.
